Bethan Kelly

Bethan Kelly currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Signpost Stockport for Carers since February 2025 and is also involved with Emmaus Global Ltd as the Safeguarding and Welfare representative at Co-op Live since April 2024. Previously, Bethan held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Salford CVS from May 2024 to February 2025 and worked at Barnardo's from February 2016 to May 2024 in various managerial and developmental capacities, including National Programme Development Manager and Senior Independent Child Trafficking Guardian. Additional experience includes positions at Tinies Childcare, The Children's Society, NSPCC, and ChildLine, where responsibilities encompassed various roles focused on child advocacy and welfare. Educational qualifications were obtained from Liverpool John Moores University.
