Richard D.

Richard D. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Richard began their career in 1996 as a Deputy European Data Manager in Equity Research at SBC Warburg. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as an Associate Director and Americas Data Manager in Equity Research at Warburg Dillon Read. In 2002, they joined UBS Investment Bank as a Director and Senior Business Analyst in Equity Advisory, where they worked until 2010.

In 2015, Richard transitioned into the real estate industry and joined Brennan Real Estate LLC as part of their Marketing & Sales team. Richard was responsible for marketing and selling properties, drawing on their extensive experience in investing and renovating properties in Brooklyn and the Upper Delaware River Valley. Richard stayed with Brennan Real Estate until 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Richard worked at Eagle Valley Realty as a Salesperson. Richard leveraged their expertise in property investment and renovation to assist clients in finding sustainable homes. In 2020, they joined Lazy Meadows Realty as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, focusing on helping clients in their property search.

Richard also worked at Signum Growth Capital from 2019, holding a role in Operations. Richard currently works at Country House Realty as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2021.

Richard D. attended Durham University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a B.A. (Hons) (Dunelm) degree in Economics and French. In 1995, they also studied at Université de la Méditerranée - Aix-Marseille II, focusing on Management. Additionally, Richard obtained certification as a Certified Passive House Consultant (CPHC) from the Passive House Institute in December 2011.
