Luiller Tobon

Luiller Tobon is currently a DevOps Engineer at Sigo Seguros. Prior to this, they were a Regional Product Engineer at IAFIS Group from October 2019 to March 2020 and a Senior Network Support Specialist at Metrotel Argentina from April 2017 to February 2021.

Their main tasks as a Regional Product Engineer included planning engineering projects, reviewing and maintaining products, and providing Tier II support. As a Senior Network Support Specialist, they were responsible for the operation and maintenance of Voip and Cloud Networks, lead new projects, provided 3rd level support, and presented proposals for changes and improvements to the network. They also created, monitored, and updated tickets, as well as contacted next level support when necessary.
