Zdravko Kyulevchiev began working at Pontica Solutions in October 2021 as a Customer Service Specialist. Zdravko worked in this position until December 2021. In March 2022, they joined Squaretalk as a Technical Support Specialist. Zdravko then progressed to the role of Technical Support Specialist Tier 2 in September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of NOC Engineer at Squaretalk, starting in November 2022.
Zdravko Kyulevchiev is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Information Systems at the Technical University of Sofia, starting in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the Vocational High School of Electrical Engineering and Electronics - Plovdiv, from 2015 to 2019.
In addition to their formal education, Zdravko has also obtained several certifications. In June 2023, they completed the "DevOps - Infrastructure & Configuration Management" certification from Software University (SoftUni). In March 2023, they completed the "DevOps - Containerization, CI/CD & Monitoring" certification from the same institution. In June 2022, they achieved the "Programming Basics With Python" certification, also from Software University (SoftUni).
