Öykü Tokmak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Oyku is currently the Head of Customer Experience and Process Development at Sigortam.net since April 2023. Oyku Tokmak completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Istanbul Bilgi University's Institute of Social Sciences from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Baskent University from 2008 to 2012. Oyku Tokmak graduated from Dr.Binnaz Ege-Dr.Rıdvan Ege Anatolian High School in 2008, where they obtained their high school diploma with a focus on Math Science.

In addition to their formal education, Oyku Tokmak has also obtained several certifications. These include the Mentorink Success Certificate as a Mentor from Mentorink - The Smart Mentoring Software in July 2023. Oyku has also completed the Understanding Technology for Non-Technical Leaders program at Ucretim Bandi in December 2022, and the Service and Experience Design course at Userspots in November 2021. In May 2021, they completed the Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Disruption Readiness Program - Zero Gravity at Related & Co. | Standard Relevancy Framework™. Oyku Tokmak has also received certifications in Design Thinking from Vodafone in February 2020, Let's Agile from Vodafone in September 2019, and DoubleClick Campaign Manager Fundamentals from DoubleClick Campaign Manager by Google in November 2015. In November 2012, they obtained the YGA-Young Guru Academy Zirvesi Participation Certificate, and in November 2011, they completed Boğaziçi University's Sales Management Training program.
