Kristi Stepp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a Partner at Sigred Group since 2020. Previously, Kristi held the position of Global Head of Talent Development at General Motors, where leadership during a global restructuring involved developing change management tools. At Valeo, Kristi was the Head of Human Resources for North America, overseeing a team managing over 5,000 employees across multiple regions. Earlier roles included Vice President positions at Kelly Services, where Kristi established the Global Organizational Effectiveness department and led HR efforts across the Asia Pacific region. Kristi's career also includes significant roles in employee relations and organizational development at Yazaki North America, Stryker, and Volkswagen of America. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a Master of Science in Human Resources from Central Michigan University, a Master of Arts in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, and completed Executive Education at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
