Paul Henrik Østergaard

Paul Henrik Østergaard has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paul Henrik is the Co-Founder and Owner of Sigrid.AI since 2016, a Singapore-based company that offers premium executive and personal virtual assistance services. Before that, they were a Board Member at Herlufsholm Skole og Gods starting in 2022.

Paul also had a long tenure at Founders, a pan-European startup studio, where they served as a Board Member from 2012 to 2022. Paul Henrik founded and led ShipServ, a company focused on digital procurement solutions for the maritime industry, from 1999 to 2022.

Furthermore, they served as the Interim Executive Chairman of C-MAP at Navico Group from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, Paul worked at Oracle as the Director of Strategy for Oracle Online, responsible for transitioning a significant portion of Oracle license sales to an online platform from 1998 to 1999.

Before venturing into the technology sector, Paul had experience as a Strategy Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from 1997 to 1998. Paul Henrik also worked as a Commercial Manager at J. Lauritzen A/S from 1990 to 1995.

Additionally, Paul Østergaard has a military background, having served as a Captain (R) in Forsvaret starting in 1986.

Paul Henrik Østergaard has a diverse education history. Paul Henrik enrolled at Herlufsholm Skole og Gods from 1979 to 1986, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they attended Niels Brock from 1991 to 1993 and earned a BBA degree with a focus on Business Administration. Later on, they pursued an MBA degree at Harvard Business School from 1995 to 1997. In 2022, they briefly attended the Royal Danish Defence College, specializing in Military and Strategic Leadership, where they completed the Føringskursus Brigade program.
