James Shannon

James Shannon has extensive experience in logistics and customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Associate at Sigura and a Manager at Amazon Logistics, both positions held since December 2020. Previously, James worked in various roles including Import Operations at Panalpina/DSV, Independent Consultant at James Shannon Consulting, and Logistics Director at VMR Products, LLC, where freight rate negotiations and supply chain management were key responsibilities. James also held managerial positions at R+L Global Logistics, SEKO Airfreight, U.P.S. Supply Chain Logistics, and Lynden International, focusing on international operations, training programs, and the development of compliance policies.
