Alex Balbuena

Alex Balbuena has worked in a variety of customer service roles since 2003. Alex began their career as a Customer Service Representative for United Blood Services and later worked as a Customer Service Representative for Alaska Airlines. In 2011, they moved into a Data Management role for Direct Super Center / DAB Unlimited. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Representative for Liberty Mutual Insurance. In 2018, they became a Sales Consultant for Progressive Insurance and then a Sr. Client Service Representative for Cox Automotive Inc. in 2019. Most recently, they have been a Sr. Customer Service Associate for Gabi since 2020.

Alex Balbuena has attended Arizona State University and Mesa Community College. Alex also obtained an Insurance Agent (Insurance Producer) certification from the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions in April 2015.
