David Radtke has a diverse work experience with a focus on marketing and product management in the graphic art and printing industry. David started their career as a freelancer, providing consulting services to prepress and printing houses. David then worked at GMG GmbH & Co. KG, where they held positions as a Product Manager and later as a Director of Product Management, responsible for strategic planning, product development, and life cycle management. After that, they joined FUJIFILM Germany as a Marketing Manager, handling the media and digital solutions for the Graphic Systems division. David also served as a Marketing Manager for digital media, responsible for managing the product portfolio and marketing strategy. Most recently, they worked at Sihl Group, where they held various roles, including Director of Sales EMEA / APAC and Global Pricing Manager, Segment Director Labels & Tags EMEA / APAC and Global Pricing Manager, and Head of Group Marketing and Global Pricing Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for sales, strategic development, marketing, and pricing.
David Radtke earned a Dipl. Ing. degree in Print and Media Technologies from the University of Wuppertal in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Media-Designer degree from B. Küehlen KG, Mönchengladbach between 1998 and 2000. David completed their Abitur, with a focus on Maths, educational science, and German, at Geschwister Scholl Gymnasium, Pulheim from 1988 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, David has obtained certifications in Sales Training, Professional Presentations, and Professional Leadership from PRO:ACTIV in various years.
