Jannis Wolski

Jannis Wolski has a vast work experience in various roles and companies.

From 2019 to present, Jannis worked at Sihl Group as the Head of Production & Technology, overseeing a team of 7 direct reports and a total team of 150 people. Their responsibilities included managing the manufacturing, EHS, quality assurance, lean management, process engineering, technology, and maintenance aspects of the company. Jannis was also in charge of developing and overseeing the annual OPEX/CAPEX budget, as well as ensuring ISO certification compliance.

Prior to that, from 2014 to 2019, Jannis worked at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials. Jannis held several roles including Process Coordinator, Quality Coordinator Operations, Quality Coating Coordinator, and Quality Engineer, where they gained expertise in process coordination and quality assurance operations.

In 2013, Jannis started their career with an internship at Evonik.

Additionally, Jannis has also obtained certifications in Internal Auditor from Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität (DGQ) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials.
