Stephanie MacLeod

Stephanie MacLeod has over 25 years of work experience, with their most recent role as the CFO at Sihl Inc. Stephanie is responsible for overseeing various functions such as treasury, insurance, tax, credit and collections, cost accounting, IT, and audit. Stephanie has played a key role in the turnaround of the company, including reducing headcount and integrating with the parent company. Prior to their role at Sihl Inc., Stephanie worked at Arkwright Advanced Coating, where they held various positions including Controller, Accounting Manager, and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. During their time at Arkwright, Stephanie was involved in due diligence analysis, cost savings initiatives, and compliance implementation. Stephanie also had responsibilities in managerial and corporate reporting, budget preparation, and revenue stream analysis. Before joining Arkwright, Stephanie worked at Cooley Group as a Staff Accountant and at Cumberland Engineering as a Staff Accountant.

Stephanie MacLeod obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rhode Island College, attending from 1990 to 1994. Stephanie later pursued an MBA at the University of Rhode Island's College of Business, completing their studies from 2003 to 2009.
