Kayla Hercamp is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Benefits Specialist and Director of Medical Management at SIHO Insurance Services since November 2017. In this role, Kayla leads a team of clinical and associate staff to ensure members receive appropriate care. Prior to this position, Kayla worked at Columbus Regional Health in various roles, including Manager of Medical Management, Utilization Review Nurse, and Staff Registered Nurse from February 2014 to November 2017. Kayla holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science from Indiana University Indianapolis, earned between 2009 and 2012.
