Marlena Zaborowska

Marlena Zaborowska has extensive experience in project management and change management within various organizations, currently serving as a PMO at Sii Poland since July 2023. Previously, Marlena held the position of PMO Lead at speedapp and was a PMO Specialist at DXC Technology, contributing to Transition and Transformation Program PMOs for international customers. Key skills include change management, reporting quality, communication management, scope management, and project knowledge management. Marlena has also worked in various capacities in project coordination, relationship building, and financial analysis in previous roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, HP, and Electronic Data Systems. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Akademia Medyczna Nauk Stosowanych i Holistycznych.
