Wiktoria Komorowska

Wiktoria Komorowska is an accomplished resource manager with a robust background in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently employed at Sii Poland since January 2021. In the role of resource manager, Wiktoria focuses on building and managing competencies while effectively recruiting and allocating personnel to projects. Previous experiences include recruitment specialist and talent acquisition specialist positions at Sii Poland, where Wiktoria was responsible for candidate sourcing, database management, and engaging with potential hires via social media. Prior to this, Wiktoria held the position of associate sales and recruitment consultant at PGB Human Resources, where headhunting and conducting candidate interviews were key responsibilities. Wiktoria holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Psychology from the University of Lodz (2015-2020) and completed secondary education at II Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Jana Pawła II in Zduńska Wola (2012-2015).
