Megan Rein has a long and impressive work experience. Megan began their career in 2013 as an Internship in the Texas State Senator's Office. In 2014, they joined Lockheed Martin as an Industrial Development and Offset Program Manager, International Project Manager and Program Planner. In 2017, they became President of Strategy at Rose de Nuit. In 2018, they became Cofounder and CBO at SIIA Cosmetics and also joined the Fundraising and Legislative Committee at the Innocence Project of Texas. In 2019, they became a Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization. In 2020, they became CBO at The J&K Holding Group. Finally, in 2022, they became Chairwoman of the Advisory Board for the Cosmetic Science Program at Long Island University and also joined Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.

Megan Rein began their educational journey in 2008 when they attended the University of South Florida, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies in 2012. In 2011, they participated in the ISA Study Abroad Program at Université Moulay Ismail Meknès, where they studied Arabic Language and Culture. In 2012, they completed their Master of Science in International Development and Humanitarian Emergencies at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
