Cristian Contreras

Cristian Contreras has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Cristian currently holds the position of Culture Lead / People Business Partner at Siigo, where they have been working since March 2023. Prior to that, they served as a People Business Partner at Siigo from October 2021 to March 2023.

Cristian Contreras has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Colombia, which they obtained from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they completed a short course in Labor Law from Politécnico de Colombia. Currently, they are pursuing an International Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2022. In addition, they hold a certification in Design Thinking for Innovation from Coursera, obtained in 2020.
