Juha-Matti K.

Juha-Matti K. has a diverse work experience in design, service design, and business development. Juha-Matti started their career in 2009 as a Marketer and Project Associate at Trainers' House, where they later became a Project Manager and Product Designer. In 2010, they co-founded Avalab Oy, a service design and development agency, and served as the CEO until 2014. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at McCann Worldgroup as a Lead Designer, Digital Business. Juha-Matti then joined Crasman in 2013 as a Senior Service Designer and UX Designer. Since 2015, they have been working at Siili Solutions, initially as a Business & Service Design Lead, then as the Head of Service Design, and currently holds the position of Head of Design. Throughout their career, Juha-Matti has focused on leading and developing design teams, driving business development, and delivering customer experiences and digital services.

Juha-Matti K. has a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Design Business Management from Aalto University School of Economics, which they obtained from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BScBA) with a focus on International Business from the same institution from 2005 to 2011. In 2007, they participated in an exchange program at DePaul University, where they studied Advertising and Business Development for a semester. Juha-Matti K. also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in 2015.
