Miljaana Koskela

Miljaana Koskela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Miljaana started their career as an HR and Management Assistant Trainee at Bilfinger Industrial Services Finland Oy in August 2018 and continued in various HR and management assistant positions until July 2019.

In August 2019, Miljaana joined Bring as an HR Assistant, where they worked until August 2020.

Miljaana'snext position was at Siili Solutions, starting in January 2022 as an HR Assistant and later transitioning to an HR Coordinator role from January 2023 to March 2023. From March 2023 onwards, they served as a People Specialist until the present, taking on additional responsibilities as DEI Lead from December 2023.
