Rico Pircklén

Rico Pircklén is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Community Lead for Data & AI at Siili Solutions since April 2025, Rico previously held roles as Tech Lead and Machine Learning Architect at Solita from September 2023 to April 2025, and as Founder in Residence at both Antler and Entrepreneur First between April 2023 and April 2023. Rico's earlier experience includes a position as Data Scientist at Efecte Plc from November 2019 to December 2022. Academic achievements include two Master of Science degrees—one in Earth-oriented space science and technology from the Technical University of Munich, and another in Mechanical Engineering from Aalto University, both emphasizing machine learning and data science.
