Matic Iskra

Matic Iskra currently serves as the Head of Management Systems at SIJ - Slovenian Steel Group, overseeing multiple ISO certifications including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 since August 2021. Prior to this role, Matic worked as a Supplier Quality Engineer at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing, focusing on supplier development, auditing, and risk analysis from September 2018 to August 2021. Matic's career began at Honda of the UK Manufacturing Ltd., where responsibilities included materials engineering for new model introductions and quality assurance for running production, as well as managing the Die Cast Section. Matic holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Production Technologies and Systems from the University of Ljubljana, with additional studies at the University of Novi Sad and AGH University of Krakow.
