Dr. Parag Solanki

Dr. Parag Solanki currently serves as the Director of Technology at Sika, focusing on R&D, Technical Services, and Product Management since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Solanki was the Vice President of R&D at ACC Limited from January 2019 to February 2023, where leadership encompassed R&D and the establishment of a new product division in the building materials sector. With extensive experience at Sika from 2010 to 2019, various roles included heading technical teams in construction and flooring, developing technical marketing strategies, and driving new product development. Previous positions include research and development roles at UltraTech Cement and Shree Cement Ltd., supported by a robust educational background including a PhD in Polymer Chemistry and an Executive Programme in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
