Gordana Landen

Gordana Landen is an experienced human resources executive with a strong background in HR leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director and Member of the Nomination & Compensation Committee at Sika since April 2022, Landen previously held the position of Group Chief HR Officer and member of the Executive Committee at The Adecco Group until February 2024. Prior roles include CHRO at Signify and CHRO at Philips Lighting, along with extensive experience at Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget SCA as SVP Human Resources, overseeing global HR strategies and organizational transformations. Landen’s early career at Ericsson spanned over a decade, with significant roles including Vice President Human Resources and Organization for Business Unit Global Services, demonstrating expertise in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development across diverse geographical regions. Landen holds a B.Sc. in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations from Stockholm University.
