Hamideh Ahmadloo

Hamideh Ahmadloo, Ph.D., has extensive experience in strategic sourcing and product development within the chemical engineering and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager for Sika in both the EMEA and Americas regions, Hamideh drives initiatives to mitigate business risks and support sustainability goals while developing sourcing strategies and supplier relationships. Previous roles include a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Dow, where Hamideh focused on raw materials and innovation projects, and various positions in research and development, including a strong emphasis on polymers and medical applications. Hamideh holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from EPFL and additional degrees in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics from IUST and IUT. As Chair-Elect for the Member Engagement Committee at the Society of Women Engineers and a Global Ambassador, Hamideh actively contributes to empowering women in engineering fields.
