Janett Lemus

Janett Lemus currently serves as the Director de Administración y Finanzas at Sika since October 2024. Previously, Janett held various leadership roles, including BU Retail Manager for Sika in Mexico, Vice President - General Manager at Thermotek®, and Gerente de Administración y Finanzas for Grupo Thermotek at MBCC Group. With extensive experience in sales, operations, and finance, Janett has effectively led teams of over 80 individuals, optimizing the operations and sales of multiple retail locations and distribution centers. Educational qualifications include participation in the Global Leadership Program at Sika, the Executive Development Program at IMD, and a Master in Leadership and Organizational Development.
