Sunil Naikwadi

Sunil Naikwadi is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head IT AMEAP at Sika since 2024, Sunil previously held significant positions at MBCC Group from 2020 to December 2023, including Head of IT for Europe and Head of IT for Europe West. Prior experience includes IT Operation Director for Europe at JELD-WEN, Inc. from 2017 to 2019, and IT Director for Alfa Aesar at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2015 to 2017, where responsibilities included defining global IT strategy and managing infrastructure. Sunil also served as European IT Manager for Alfa Aesar at Johnson Matthey from 2011 to 2015, overseeing IT operations and strategy across Europe and Asia. Sunil's career began at SYSTIME (now KPIT) from 2003 to 2011, where roles included Global ERP IT Manager and Project/Team Lead. Sunil holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree, both from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad.
