Roman Smutelovič

Roman Smutelovič has extensive work experience in the field of product engineering, marketing, and management. Roman started their career in 1999 at Sika Slovakia as a Sales and Technical Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Technical Department Manager and later as a Building Systems Manager at the same company. In 2016, they joined Sika USA as a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for product management and marketing of the Liquid Applied Membrane product line. Roman then took on the role of Director Product Engineering in 2019, where they had complete responsibility for product engineering and field engineering across all Target Markets. Throughout their career, Roman has demonstrated strong leadership skills by managing teams and successfully handling various product-related responsibilities.

Roman Smutelovič received their Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Technical University Košice from 1990 to 1995. In 2021, they completed the Regional Business Development Program at Cornell University.
