Brent Demay

Brent DeMay, CPA CGMA MAS, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the employee benefit plan audit industry. Currently serving as a Principal at Sikich since May 2024, Brent has held various roles within the firm since November 2012, including Partner and Senior Manager. Prior to joining Sikich, Brent worked at Crowe Horwath LLP, progressing from Staff Auditor to Audit Manager from December 2004 to November 2012, where oversight included managing large engagement teams and complex audit engagements. Brent's earlier experience includes a Staff Accountant position at Scanlan & Leo, Ltd. and an internship at Nykiel, Carlin & Company. Brent holds a Master of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University, along with an Associate of Science from Sauk Valley Community College.
