Rachael Hawley

Rachael Hawley is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in event planning, campaign initiatives, and promotional activities. Currently serving as a Marketing Specialist at Sikich since March 2019, Rachael orchestrates internal events such as webinars and networking functions while also creating brand initiatives. Prior roles include Business Services Coordinator at the Illinois Chamber of Commerce, where Rachael facilitated seminars focused on HR and Illinois business issues, and marketing support roles in various capacities, including a Marketing Assistant. Rachael’s career began in customer service and management positions at JCPenney and Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where skill development and relationship building were key responsibilities. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern Illinois University, alongside additional marketing externship experience.
