Deanne Paredes has over thirty years of work experience. Deanne began their career in 1981 as a Sales Manager/Human Resources at AT&T. In 2001, they moved to DEXIS as an Inside Sales Manager. In 2005, they joined Sikka Software Corporation as a Customer Success Manager and a Coach/Trainer for the Customer Success Organization. In 2006, they continued at Sikka Software as a Customer Success Manager.

Deanne Paredes completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Ashford University in 2013.
