Nilesh Pathak

Nilesh Pathak has a long history of experience in the software engineering field. Nilesh began their career in 1999 as a Jr. Software Engineer at Swati Communications (BPL Mobile). In 2002, they worked as a Software Engineer at both CDAC and Satyam Computers. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at ibrain decision software, where they served as a Software Project Manager & Tech Lead and Sr. Software Engineer and Business Analyst. Most recently, they have worked at Sikka Software Corporation since 2008, where they have held the roles of Sr. Technical Program Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Technical Project Manager. In these roles, they have delivered 24+ software launches, increased installation base from 4,200 to 28,100+, and introduced and implemented tools, strategies and techniques.

Nilesh Pathak received their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Programming from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2002. Nilesh has also obtained three certifications: Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers from LinkedIn in October 2020, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in February 2016, and Certified HIPAA Professional (CHP) from HIPAA Master Academy in January 2016.
