Tanvi Pisal

Tanvi Pisal has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2018. That year, they were an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, where they were trained in Basic Fundamentals (JAVA, software development cycle, agile method) and Systems, Applications & Products (SAP) - Purchasing. Tanvi was also a Graphic Design Intern at MAD Designs - The Brand Consultancy, where they worked on client briefs to develop designs for Brand Identity, planned and developed marketing materials for clients and businesses, and designed creatives for social media marketing. In 2019, they were a Web-UI Design Intern at BotBakery Digital Marketing Studio, where they collaborated with stakeholders to gather business requirements and conducted user studies for designing business websites, worked on wireframes prototypes and visual designs for e-commerce websites, and designed and maintained design systems for new products. In 2020, they were a User Experience Designer at Coditas, where they evaluated requirements, developed and created high fidelity mockups for mobile versions, created, evaluated and iterated wireframes for mobile interfaces in the travel sector, and designed and documented motion design drafts to create intuitive UI for a health and fitness product. In 2022, they were a User Experience Designer at Shifamed, where they strategized, planned and helped build the entire design system and its components, worked on numerous design projects such as designing Help Guides, mobile interface screens, and exploring different onboarding flows, and used the Kendo Grid System to solve the end user's desire to see the maximum information in the minimum amount of space. Finally, they are currently a Graphics & Product Designer at sikka.ai.

Tanvi Pisal is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction at San Jose State University, beginning in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023. Previously, they obtained a Diploma in Graphic Plus Web Plus UI/UX from Creative Concept (Institute) in 2019. Tanvi also completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2018. Additionally, they hold certifications from Trinity College London for Music Performance Grade 2 Plectrum Guitar Exam with Merit in 2018, a Certification of Appreciation for availing Sponsorship during Techtonic-2017 (National Event) from Sinhgad Institutes in 2017, an Intensive Certificate German Language from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2017, and a Diploma In Graphics Plus UI/UX Design from Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ).
