Vegar Forberg

Vegar Forberg, MSP®, has extensive experience in project and program management within the IT sector, particularly in identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Currently serving as a Project Leader at Sikt since October 2019, Vegar has also owned Forberg Consulting since January 2007. Previous roles include serving as IT Director/CIO at OsloMet, where responsibilities involved professionalizing IT practices for digital transformation, and leading significant IAM projects at HELSE NORD IKT and Helse Sør-Øst RHF, among other notable positions. With a strong educational background from Nord University and the Royal Norwegian Air Force Academy, Vegar has held leadership roles in various organizations, including as Vice President at TietoEnator/SiriusIT and Country Manager for Intershop Communications.
