Paul Frank

Paul Frank has extensive experience in leadership and management within the educational and linguistic sectors, currently serving as Grants Manager at SIL Global since October 2021. Previous roles include Associate Director for External Partnerships and Director of Professional Service Engagement at the same organization, as well as Bloom Program Director. Frank was a Senior Advisor at SIL LEAD from June 2021 to October 2022 and Executive Director at SIL LEAD, Inc. from May 2011 to October 2021. Earlier positions at SIL International include Director of International Relations and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Paul Frank holds a Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania and two Bachelor's degrees from The University of Georgia, one in Area Studies and Social Sciences.
