Gwen Harrison

Gwen Harrison is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology and restaurant sectors. Currently serving as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since March 2024, Gwen is also a Co-Founder of Cielito Mexican Restaurant, which launched in November 2021. Previously, Gwen held significant roles at Pure Storage from 2015 to 2022, including Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, responsible for EMEA Legal & Global Transactions. Additional experience includes serving as Associate General Counsel at Citrix and managing legal affairs at Symantec Corporation. Gwen holds a J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.A. in Communication from Arizona State University, complemented by education at Thunderbird School of Global Management.
