Phillip Leu possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since July 2021. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Partner at RES, Talent Partner at Juul Labs, where responsibilities included leading full lifecycle recruitment processes, and Talent Coordinator, managing onboarding and training for new hires.
