Salma Bhanu Shaik Capil

Salma Bhanu Shaik CSM CAP ITIL is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in enterprise manufacturing applications and ERP systems. Currently serving in a leadership position at Sila Nanotechnologies Inc. since July 2023, Salma previously held the role of IT Director for ERP at Solidigm from June 2022 to June 2023. Between January 2016 and June 2022, Salma provided SAP technology leadership at Nike. Earlier career experiences include serving as SAP Technical Lead and SAP Senior Software Engineer at Accenture from September 2008 to December 2015, and as a Development Specialist at SAP from June 2006 to February 2008. Salma earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, from 2002 to 2006.
