Kyle Johnson

Kyle Johnson is an experienced M&A Integration Professional with a focus on the end-to-end process from strategic development through plan execution. Currently serving as the Vice President of Partner Success at Sila Services, Kyle oversees the full lifecycle of integrating new partners' businesses. Previous roles include Director of Integration Management at Rentokil North America, where Kyle facilitated an average of 15 acquisitions annually, and Senior HR Analyst at Duke Energy, leading the merger consolidation effort between Duke Energy and Progress Energy. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from St. Bonaventure University.
