Dan Acker

Dan Acker is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as the President and Chief Marketing Officer at SILAC Insurance Company since June 2018, Dan has previously held senior leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer and President at Sentinel Security Life Insurance Co. from May 2005 to June 2018, where management responsibilities encompassed over 160 employees across three regional locations. Earlier in Dan's career, roles included Chief Financial Officer and Vice President at Sentinel Security Life, as well as Assistant Vice President of Finance at Educators Mutual Insurance from 1998 to May 2005. Dan Acker holds an MBA in Accounting from Westminster University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
