Anil Wilson has extensive work experience in customer service and operations management. Anil began their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd in 1998, where they served as an Executive Operation Support until 2000. Anil then worked at Patni Computers from 2001 to 2001 in the same role.

In 2002, Anil joined Bharti Airtel Limited, where they held various positions. As an Assistance Manager Onboarding, they developed and integrated end-to-end onboarding experiences for fixed and mobile businesses. Anil also spearheaded process mapping, improvement, and reengineering during the onboarding process. Anil then became a Regional Service Manager, responsible for enhancing customer retention and managing collections. Anil successfully implemented net promoter scores and process index scores to track customer feedback and satisfaction. Later, as a Senior Manager Customer Service, Anil created and established the strategic direction for Airtel's CX strategy and initiatives, working closely with the product business team to address customer complaints and drive resolutions.

Anil joined Menatelecom in 2014 as a Manager Customer Service. Anil formulated call center operations and budgets for operational excellence and ensured smooth operations by collaborating with other departments. In 2015, Anil moved to Silah Gulf as an Operations Manager. There, they established and managed the end-to-end service design for product and process rollout. Anil worked with various teams to automate steps and processes to reduce human error.

Throughout their career, Anil has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic skills in customer service and operational management.

Anil Wilson attended Utkal University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University. In their earlier education, from 1990 to 1994, they attended Atomic Energy Central School, where they completed their +2 education. Additionally, in December 2021, Anil obtained a certification in Customer Experience: Service Blueprinting from LinkedIn.
