Jennifer Mermon

Vice President, Operations - Americas at Silberline Manufacturing Co., Inc.

Jennifer Mermon has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Jennifer started their career at Silberline Manufacturing Co., Inc. in 1998 as an Environmental Manager, where they managed environmental affairs and ensured compliance with environmental regulations. Jennifer then worked as a Process Engineer, responsible for new product realization and process improvement using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing principles. In 2012, Jennifer became the Hometown Plant Manager at Silberline®, overseeing multiple plant operations and implementing strategies to increase profitability. Jennifer later took on the role of Tidewood Plant Manager, where they provided leadership for production operations. In 2018, Jennifer was promoted to the position of Vice President, Operations - Americas at Silberline®, where they play a key role in managing operations across the Americas region.

Jennifer Mermon attended Drexel University from 1989 to 1994 and earned a degree in Engineering. Jennifer'sfield of study was Chemical Engineering.
