Rhonda Deluca

Rhonda DeLuca serves as the Sr. Vice President of Americas Operations & HR at Terumo Cardiovascular, where responsibilities include developing a global HR strategy and overseeing operations to meet revenue, profit, and production goals since August 2006. Previously, Rhonda held various senior HR roles at Magna International - Intier Automotive Interiors, and Tower Automotive, contributing to the growth and development of human resources across multiple locations. Beginning a career at Eaton Corporation as a Human Resources Supervisor, Rhonda's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University.
