Francis Loekmono has been working in the engineering field since 2006. In 2006, they started as an Engineering Intern at Consolidated Precision Products Corp., where they were responsible for mapping operation systems for lean mfg. implementation and creating instruction sheets to process a part. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Process Engineer at Magparts, where they were part of a team to provide systems engineering, 3D modeling, and CAD expertise for aerospace castings. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Project Engineer at Alliance Aerospace Engineering, where they were responsible for generating 3D models and drawings for assigned projects, researching new technology/software, and assisting with purchasing. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as a Development Engineer at Mellanox Technologies, where they were responsible for creating specifications and releasing for production. In 2020, they worked as a Process Engineer at Ormco and as a Metrology Engineer at Consolidated Precision Products Corp., where they were responsible for reverse engineering, inspection programs, and target verification. Currently, they are a Sr. Development Engineer at SiLC Technologies, Inc.

Francis Loekmono attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2002 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.
