Erik Oja

Erik Oja is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the CFO of Stebby, where the focus is on creating an employee benefits platform and wellness marketplace in the Baltics with plans for global expansion. In addition, Erik is a member of the Supervisory Board at Silen, an Estonian manufacturer of adaptive office pods and phone booths. As a co-founder of FinPeaks, Erik provides CFO-as-a-service to SMEs, aiding in fundraising, strategic decisions, and compliance. Erik also participates as an investor and member of Fund Fellow Founders, engaging with founders across the Nordics and Baltics. Previously, Erik served as a board advisor for Clevon, contributing to the development of autonomous delivery technology, and as CFO for Cleveron AS, focusing on innovative last-mile solutions. Erik's earlier experience includes a managerial role at EY, specializing in consulting and auditing for cross-border companies in Northern and Eastern Europe. Erik holds a BA in Public Finance from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
