Norman Croasdell has extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Projects & Aftermarket Services at Silent-Aire since December 2020. Prior roles include Group Operations Director and Operations Manager for the Middle East at OFS, along with a background as an Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer. Norman began a career in the Irish Air Corps as an Avionics Technician from September 2003 to June 2010. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technological University Dublin, a Diploma in Business Management from the Irish Management Institute, and further studies at Munster Technological University.
