Agnieszka Patz

Agnieszka Patz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Agnieszka is currently working as an Associate Product Manager at Silent Eight since December 2022. Before that, they were the owner of their own company, Nuclo, starting in June 2022. Agnieszka also worked as a Product Manager at MNM Diagnostics from December 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were a New Business Manager at Zebra Expo Experts from December 2019 to November 2020. Agnieszka worked as a Sales Consultant at Pharmanta Europe from September 2018 to September 2020. Agnieszka gained experience as a PR & Corporate Communication Intern at International Poznan Fair from March 2018 to July 2018. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager at EEC-Marketing from December 2015 to May 2016 and as the Assistant of the Head of the Election Campaign at .Nowoczesna from August 2015 to November 2015. Agnieszka also worked as a Translator & Promotor at International Poznań Fair from June 2011 to June 2015, where they were responsible for English and Russian translations, product promotion, and sales representation. In 2012, Agnieszka had the opportunity to work with Fans Embassy EURO 2012, collaborating with Croatian, Italian, and Irish Fans Embassy and hosting representatives of the Irish Football Federation, as well as engaging with police, media, and local authorities.

Agnieszka Patz has a Bachelor's degree in Medical Biotechnology, which they obtained from Poznan University of Medical Sciences in 2015. Agnieszka pursued further education in 2016 at IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding Dania, where they earned an AP degree in Marketing Management, completing the program in 2018. During their studies at IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding Dania, they also participated in a study exchange program at Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance, where they obtained an additional AP degree in Marketing Management in 2018.

In 2019, Agnieszka Patz enrolled in Poznan University of Economics And Business to pursue Studia Podyplomowe in Project Management, completing the program in 2020. In 2021, they began their Master's Degree in Management of modern business services at Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

Agnieszka Patz has also earned additional certifications to enhance their professional development. In 2020, they obtained the AgilePM Foundation certification from APMG International. In 2021, they received the Healthcare Business Seminars certification from Healthcare Business Forum, and the Stypendium Rozwojowym Santander | Biznes w Praktyce certification from Politechnika Łódzka.
