Michał Kazimierski

Michał Kazimierski has diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Michał is currently working as a Product Owner at Silent Eight since November 2021. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at Nordea where they held several positions including Head of IAM Service Operation from June 2020 to November 2021, Head of RBAC Service Fulfilment from April 2020 to June 2020, Acting Head of RBAC Service Fulfilment from October 2019 to April 2020, IT Security Specialist from October 2017 to October 2019, and IT Process Analyst from September 2016 to October 2017. Before Nordea, they worked as an Associate at Center of Excellence PwC Polska from April 2015 to September 2016. Michał also worked as a Data Analyst at Thomson Reuters from July 2013 to April 2015, and as a Trainee at Thomson Reuters from January 2012 to July 2012.

Michał Kazimierski completed their postgraduate education in Business process analysis in IT projects at Gdańsk University of Technology from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk, graduating between 2008 and 2011. In 2010, they also attended the College of Economics and Management in Prague, focusing on Economics. In terms of additional certifications, Michał obtained the SAFe 4.6 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2019, the ITIL® Intermediate Certificate in IT Planning, Protection and Optimization from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2017, and the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2019. Michał also earned the SAFe 4.6 Product Owner/Product Manager certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2019. Additionally, Michał has received the AgilePM® Foundation, ITIL® Foundation, Lean IT Foundation, and PwC Anti Money Laundering Fundamentals certificates, although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
