Erica Falsen

Erica Falsen currently serves as the VP of Corporate Marketing and Head of HR International at Silex Microsystems, a role assumed in May 2020. Prior to this, Erica held the position of HR Director for Nordics and Germany at Brightstar Nordics from August 2018 to April 2020, after serving as Nordic HR Manager. Erica’s extensive experience includes a significant tenure at 3M from February 2008 to July 2018, where roles included Talent Development Leader and various HR management positions. Earlier career roles include HR-Specialist at Casino Cosmopol and Recruitment Consultant at Capitel Rekrytering. Erica holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Stockholm University, completed in 2000.
