Joakim Pedersen has extensive experience in HR, having worked in various roles at companies such as Silex Microsystems, SAS - Scandinavian Airlines, FLIR Systems, Karolinska University Hospital, and Malmö Stad. Joakim has experience as a VP HR, SR HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner, where they focused on aligning HR processes with business needs, managing HR teams, and supporting various departments with HR-related processes and policies. Additionally, they have experience in recruitment and consultancy roles at companies like Hays and Adecco Sverige.
