Menita Patil

Menita Patil is a skilled engineer with a diverse background in software design, firmware development, and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Field Application Engineer at Silex Technology since March 2024, previous experience includes a Software Design Engineer role at Schneider Electric, and a Teaching Assistant position at USC Viterbi School of Engineering, where Menita contributed to an electrical engineering course and conducted directed research on embedded systems and IoT challenges. Menita's earlier career includes an internship at Tesla and a role as a Firmware Design Engineer at Schneider Electric, where responsibilities involved implementing cybersecurity standards, developing web services, and conducting static code analysis. Menita began the engineering journey with a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Engineering at the University of Southern California.
